Warranties on our New Homes
Homes By Guardian offers the following warranties on its construction:
One-Year Limited Builder’s Warranty
- This peace of mind warranty is there to cover the little things that might need taken care of during your first year of ownership. Our Warranty department is full-time and always here to help. They will do a walkthrough with you before closing, at about 60-90 days after closing as well as an 11 month check in to make sure everything is as you expect. A brand new home is just that…new! Because no one has lived there before you, it may take a good year to make sure all is good and all of the possible “kinks” are worked out.
